Welcome to Crownridge Coaching. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Crownridge Coaching website (the “Site”) and the tutoring and coaching services provided by Crownridge Coaching (“Services”). By accessing the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or Services.

  1. Services

Crownridge Coaching provides personalized, one-on-one online tutoring and academic coaching for standardized exams, including the SAT, PSAT, and ACT. All Services are delivered online via video conferencing or other remote platforms and are scheduled by mutual agreement between Crownridge Coaching and the client.

Services are subject to availability and confirmation.

  1. Eligibility

By using the Site or engaging our Services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or
  • If you are under 18, you are using the Site or Services with the involvement and consent of parent or legal guardian.

Our Services are intended for students preparing for standardized tests and for the parents or guardians arranging or authorizing such services.

  1. Registration and Information

To schedule Services, you may be required to provide personal and billing information, including name, email address, phone number, and payment details. You agree that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity conducted under your account.

  1. Payment Terms

All fees for Services are disclosed prior to purchase. Payment is due in full before Services are rendered unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Crownridge Coaching reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect Services already purchased.

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All fees paid to Crownridge Coaching are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to the personalized nature of our one-on-one tutoring and coaching services, all purchases of individual sessions, session packages, and coaching programs are final once booked or commenced. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, missed sessions, early termination, or changes in a student’s schedule or circumstances.

Non-Transferability

Coaching sessions and packages are purchased for a specific student and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or reassigned to another individual under any circumstances.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or sessions missed without notice, will be forfeited and counted as used.

Limited Exceptions

Crownridge Coaching may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptions in cases of documented medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances. Any exception granted does not establish a precedent for future refunds or credits.

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or Services in any manner that:

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Interferes with or disrupts the Site or Services
  • Infringes upon the rights of others
  • Involves abusive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior

Crownridge Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services if these Terms are violated.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and instructional materials, is the property of Crownridge Coaching or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written consent.

  1. Third-Party Platforms

Crownridge Coaching may utilize third-party platforms for scheduling, video conferencing, payments, or analytics. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party services. Use of such platforms may be subject to additional terms imposed by those providers.

  1. Disclaimer of Results

Crownridge Coaching does not guarantee specific test scores, college admissions outcomes, or scholarship results. Individual performance depends on many factors, including student effort, preparation, and external circumstances.

All Services are provided on an “as is” basis.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crownridge Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

  1. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

  1. Modifications to Terms

Crownridge Coaching reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
